Fully Automatic Plastic Press Machine with Mechanical Arm




1.  Application:

This automatic plastic press machine is very popular in our country, the machine widely used in the plastics industry.

Use for die cutting plastic disposable blister or foam packaging, such as food container, fresh/sea food tray, fruit box, cup cover, etc.

The working principle of the plastic press machine is down press to the mould, and it to cut material by dies / moulds. The cutting machine have mechanical arm, you can option one or a pair.






2.  Feature:

1. Double automatic working tables, increases the output twice or triple.

2. Powered by hydraulic system, slow down when the cutting die touches material, to confirm the precision between upper and bottom for thick materials

3. Auto-balance structure of double-cylinder, four-column and self-balance connecting rod, makes sure equal pressure in any working area.

4. Controlled by PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), with touching screen, to set and micro-adjust working pressure, cutting depth, feeding speed easier, faster and more precise.

5. Central automatic lubrication system, increases machine durability, prolong the working time.
